Giglet (ABN 26 220 909 530) respects your privacy and handles personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles. This policy explains what we collect and why.
• Your name (and optional nickname) and role (coordinator or crew).
• Your email address and mobile number, used to sign you in and to send gig-related messages.
• Gig information you enter — venues, dates, set times, bookings, availability and swaps.
We use this information solely to run the service: signing you in, showing your gigs, and sending transactional SMS about your own bookings (availability requests, offers, confirmations, and swap/cover requests). We do not send marketing, and we do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone.
You receive SMS because a coordinator you work with added you to their crew. You can opt out of messages at any time by replying STOP, or get help by replying HELP or emailing us. Message and data rates may apply.
We use trusted service providers to operate Giglet — including Supabase (database and authentication) and Twilio (SMS delivery). They process data only to provide those services. Within the app, your coordinator and the crew you share gigs with can see the information needed to coordinate those gigs.
We keep your information for as long as your account is active. You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by emailing us.
