SMS-first coordination for DJs and musicians. Coordinators book their trusted crew; crew confirm, swap and cover gigs with a single tap — no group-chat chaos.
Sign in / Sign upGiglet is an Australian service that helps a coordinator (a venue booker or band leader) organise their own crew of DJs and musicians. A coordinator adds the people they already work with, asks who’s free, allocates gigs, and — when someone can’t make a night — the crew sort cover between themselves instead of flooding a group chat. It replaces the messy back-and-forth of Messenger threads with clear, tap-to-reply texts.
1. Ask. A coordinator asks their crew who’s free over the coming weeks.
2. Allocate. Gigs are assigned; each crew member gets a text and confirms.
3. Cover. If a conflict comes up, the crew offer and swap the gig between themselves — one tap, no chasing.
Giglet sends transactional messages only— never marketing. Texts relate to a person’s own gigs: availability requests, gig offers, booking confirmations, and swap/cover requests from their coordinator’s crew.
Consent: crew members are added by a coordinator they already work with, and receive messages about their own bookings. A person can opt out at any time by replying STOP, or get help by replying HELP or emailing ian@giglet.com.au.
Message frequency depends on gig activity. Message and data rates may apply. We never sell or share personal information — see our Privacy Policy.
