Giglet is an Australian service (ABN 26 220 909 530) that helps a coordinator organise their own trusted crew of DJs and musicians — requesting availability, allocating gigs, and letting crew confirm, swap and cover bookings by SMS and web. By creating an account or using Giglet, you agree to these terms.
You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for activity on your account. You must provide accurate information and be authorised to add any crew member you invite. Coordinators are responsible for having a working relationship with, and the consent of, the crew they add.
Giglet is for coordinating work among a known, trusted crew. You may not use it to send unsolicited or marketing messages, to contact people you do not have a working relationship with, or for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend accounts that misuse the service.
Giglet sends transactional SMS relating to a person’s own gigs. Recipients may opt out at any time by replying STOP. Message and data rates may apply. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle information.
Giglet is provided “as is”. We work to keep it reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted service, and we are not liable for missed gigs, bookings, or losses arising from use of the service, to the extent permitted by Australian law. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
We may update these terms as the service develops. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
